RM+C Transformational Leadership Development Program

The RM+C TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM is a robust, unique, focused, individual leadership development program for emerging, high potential and in-place senior leaders.

 

Research indicates that successful leaders who possess a deep self-awareness are able to connect and engage with other people in meaningful ways. They can create possibilities from their circumstances, rather than being limited by them, and in so doing, they are able to create their future.

Objective

This is an in-depth journey to personal mastery as a leader where you will define your individual leadership purpose, and then develop a plan for the expression of that purpose, in and beyond the workplace. The program is delivered through a series of one-on-one coaching conversations that occur over a period of twelve months. Two additional follow-up calls are scheduled at 90 (3 months) and 180 (6 months) days out from the completion of the fifty-two-week program.

 

Unlike traditional executive coaching, the RM+C TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM follows an integrated, precisely defined learning progression, drawing upon the Leadership Circle model of leadership development and the coach’s expertise in driving transformation through experiential learning. This ‘long view’ allows leaders to integrate the learning over time.

The RM+C TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM is a learning progression that includes the Leadership Circle ProfileTM 360° assessment, executive coaching and experiential learning as well as reading and writing assignments.
